Gourav founded Zenth AI after almost a decade moving between strategy, operations, and technology — most recently as Chief of Staff at AlphaLaw, an AI-native legal-tech platform, and before that as Head of Strategy & Operations at Supersourcing, scaling a tech-enabled hiring business.
He started his career at EY and Urban Company, pairing consulting rigor with hypergrowth operating experience before moving into building AI products directly. That background is why engagements here start with workflows and cost, not with a model.
